I had an absolutely awful experience here. I took my car in for an out of province inspection, and on the report they listed “4 ABS faults”. I said okay, what’s the issue with it? They said we don’t know, we didn’t diagnose it. I said okay, but you put it on the report which means I need to get it fixed right? They said yes. Well how am I supposed to get it fixed if I don’t know what the problem is? Am I not paying for an inspection to diagnose the issues with the car? They said no that diagnosis will be an additional charge. Well then what good is this inspection report if it doesn’t say what needs to be fixed? It’s effectively worthless. I’ll be taking this issue up with Alberta Transport, because frankly this is unacceptable. I paid $200 for an inspection report that doesn’t tell me what needs to be fixed.

Staff was friendly, but very unorganized and chaotic atmosphere, heard a lot of great things about this place and was excited to find a good local mechanic shop, but I was extremely dissatisfied with my bill at the end, 370$ for a service is absurd, went in for a service and AC recharge and had a 725$ bill at the end, granted they did do a small diagnostic on another issue but that was only 78$ of the the bill, I would be hesitant to return here witch is unfortunate because I've heard they do some excellent work. but gouging people is not the way to earn repeat customers,

They did a BIG repair on my Subaru, and it had to do with oil leak, 2 timing chains, tensioners, guides, bolts, o-rings, seals, oil & filter change, etc. All is working perfectly and we are very satisfied with their service and additional options they offer.

Integrity. That is what this business has. My car feels like a new car again and they didn't charge me for anything that wasn't used or done. There was no tricks. The price was fair. The owner was honest and gave reasonable explanations for what may have been the problem with my car which I greatly appreciate. I will be taking my business there again.
