Norm was absolutely amazing! Our local U-Haul dealer had severely screwed up our reservation and we were lucky enough to find a truck in New Hazelton. Norm was not only easy to work but incredibly accommodating! He worked with me over the phone to get the contracted sorted and made sure the moving truck was available for us, after hours. I have nothing but praise for Norm at the New Hazelton U-Haul location. Highly recommend!!
