I brought in my hp61 ink to be refilled but it was working just fine prior as the ink level was low now my printer says the ink cartridge doesn't work at all I'm very disappoint wasted my time on money

I wanted to get a refill for my HP 902. A brand new ink cartridge is $28 at Staples and this guy told me 30 bucks for a reason and when I told him that he told me to go to Staples. Your gonna get ripped of here . Don’t ever go this guy first of all he doesn’t know how to talk to people. Disgusting

Showed up looking for a cartridge, person infront of me clear hadn't made up his mind and attendant continued to just watch him and make me wait until he decide to purchase or not was in hurry and wasted 15 minutes
