Outstanding service here and prices are very fair. They carry a great selection of name brands including Rocky Mountain and Santa Cruz bikes as well as other top brands and all the accessories. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my front derallieur. Had reviewed dozens of videos trying to adjust it but issues remained. I took it in while in the middle of a ride. Matt looked at it right away, spent 10 minutes adjusting it and I was good to go. No appointment, No wait, No issues. Fantastic! I highly recommend Nielsens.

I was traveling from Nova Scotia and needed a part to keep my bike running. I called 5 bike stores in the province and non could help. Stopped by Nielsens in Bracebridge and was up and running. The best part was he was just as stoked as I was to get it fixed. I am forever grateful and he saved my trip!

Stopped by the shop on our way into town, had a good chat with Matt who was happy to talk bikes, gave us some advise on local trails. We ended up back at the shop just before closing to see if he could fix my buddy's bike, he went out of his way to try and find a fix for the suspension, more than he had to. Thanks Matt, it was great to meet you, love your bike shop!

Stopped by to buy some pedals for a used bike I bought and needed to comment because I received excellent service. While putting on the pedals he did some adjustments that he said would make the bike much better. I can see why there are so many positive reviews.

New in town and despite recommendations for another great bike shop in town from a friend, tried this one as it’s around the corner. Matt was super friendly, accommodating, and did great work on our bikes! No attitude, some good advice and ideas, on-time, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.
