DHL Service Point

Excellent amazing service today 13 October 2022 at 15 hours to send courier paper documents to Hatfield Pretoria South Africa. Friendly and efficient. I highly recommend DHL express at Fairview Mall Ontario Canada for international courier services.

I arrived at the pop-up store at Fairview Mall to send a package, but the staff member inside was very unfriendly.I understand that she was assisting another customer, but there were only two people inside the store, and when I tried to open the door, it was closed. The employee saw me but did not open the door until some time had passed. When she finally opened the window to ask me what I needed, I explained that I wanted to send a package. The employee only gave me a quick quote and informed me that if I wanted to know how long it would take to arrive at the destination, I would need to wait for another 10-15 minutes.The problem is that I had to stand outside in the freezing weather, and I don't understand why customers are not allowed inside to wait. I found the service to be extremely poor and the attitude of the staff member to be very unfriendly.I will not use DHL anymore as they didn’t respect their customer.

It's amazing services and Hamza who work there he have knowledge about everything plus he so friendly and helpful really DHL should recognize this man and promote him(Thank you Hamza for today help )

Told them to delivery it to the fairview mall location. They delivered it to my house un signed with no email, call, or indication that they did so. It was left on my driveway, not even my doorstep.

We arrived at 3:30pm on a Monday and there was a sign saying “on lunch will return at 4:30”. We then came back and waited from 4:30 to 4:42pm and no one ever came back. Recommending everyone to not come at all.
