I purchased boots here a few years back and finally wore them down. I went back to purchase a replacement repair and was told mitch could repair the existing pair I had. He not only repaired my boots but I bought more from him. The service was great and my old boots looked amazing when he was finished. Also had some other leather work done here that I was extremely happy with. High quality work and great knowledge and experience.

Had an emergency situation where my briefcase was locked and keys missing on a business trip. Would have had to cut the lock. However, the gentleman at this store stopped what he was doing and helped me out. Couldn't have been nicer! Such a cool looking shop as well. Customer Service 5 stars!

I searched several stores Lowes, dry cleaners, Michaels, Jo Ann Fabrics, on line companies, my repair issue had been going on for months. I was told by my furrier to check out this place called Factory Finish Shoe Repair so I did. My repair issue was solved in the matter of minutes. I received some of the best customer service Ever thank you Mitch! I thank you so much. Hello, my son's wrestling shoes fell apart and had a tournament that night. They fixed them in a couple hours with plenty of time for him to use. We were in a pinch and the guys really took care of us. Highly recommend, thanks again.

Absolutely love Factory Finish! Was looking around for someone to fix my hockey equipment, only to be told it would take several weeks from multiple other shops. Factory Finish quoted me 2 days, which was well within my needs, and then had the repair finished in 2 hours! I have had them make several repairs on various pieces of my gear and they've done an amazing job with very fast turn around time. I will always use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs their type of services. Can't say enough good things about these folks.
