Quarter Park Management

I have been a resident of our complex since it was built, and have been a Board member on 2 different terms. QP is our 3rd management company and have been WAY better than the first 2. They are responsive to both the Board and the owners. They bring thoughtful advice to the Board on property management issues. They helped faciltate a cost effective solution with our original developer when we had some technical issues arise. Thanks to Norm and his team for doing a great job!

If you care at all about your property its quality or the people on it. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Non stop issues never getting resolved. Ground is sinking parking lot sinking and all we ever see are up charges never fixes. Absolute worst management company of any kind let alone property!We have been calling an emailing for years with no result other than hung up phone calls or shifted blame from the quarter park managment team. If you see this group run. Unfortunatly this dives much deeper than one bad apple.

Quarter Park has demonstrated that property management is an art! Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient beyond expectation. The condominium townhouse complex where I live had suffered from extremely poor property management for years with staff that were not able to efficiently assist the board of directors, whose knowledge of legislation was limited, who had a poor selection of trusted vendors, and who oftentimes did not respond to resident concerns. This resulted in the board members having to dedicate many hours of their personal time to day-to-day operations. Many members left the board because they could not afford the time and effort to continue. Since hiring Quarter Park there has been a 360-degree turnaround, and our complex and the board members are seeing improvements in every aspect. This company knows its business inside-out, and they have expertise that board members could not possibly gain by merely researching the Internet. Quarter Park makes us feel that we are their only client because of the extent of their assistance. To any condominium that is looking for a property management firm, our board of directors highly recommends Quarter Park.

Our condo complex has been with Quarter Park for several years now - they helped us recover from another very unorganized management company and helped turn our property around. Norm and his team are really great to deal with - I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a property management company.Edit: A lot of folks who don’t understand how a board works also don’t understand that QP isn’t responsible for whether or not a lot of things get done - condo work and issues tend to take more time as quotes must be gathered, budgets must be adhered to, etc. There are a lot of working pieces to running a condo complex - just be patient, people and stop complaining about every little thing. Norm and his team do a great job.

Norm Barron by far is the worse property manager I had to deal with.Always finding excuses on how busy he was and amount of properties he has to manage. Very unprofessional person that would hang up phone on you without reaching out a solution. Stay away from this company. All they care is about collecting your money on time and when it comes to issues good luck getting this guy to do his job.Respond to the owner:It's funny how the owner of the company can respond my review the next business day and wont respond my email for 4 months!Norm has history of failure to inform/act on certain issues based on other reviewer.The situation on his response was not the case.Yes, the condominium has duty to respond but they also have the duty to inform and respect unit owner's property prior any repair or service. Not just gave me an invoice at the end of the day.The failure of his part to inform and the decision they made was never communicate. He should be held accountable on failure of his part.

The worst. Once they latch onto your bank account for their monthly fees, all communications with them stops. Emails are not responded to anymore. Nothing. And that is unacceptable

Quarter Park has managed our condominium corporation, Canvas at Millrise, since April 2021. They are a very ethical, effective and detailed oriented company who have brought us a lot of value. They have dealt very effectively with reducing arrears, represented us well when dealing with vendors and contractors and advised us on various projects and financial matters.

This is a tough one to write. Our property is very well managed. The grounds look fantastic, the building is clean, the garbage is always handled.However, my personal dealings with Quarter Park have been less then....cordial. I find our property manager to be unnecessarily confrontational, over involved in the Condo boards business, unresponsive and at most times incredibly unprofessional.I recommend that if you are looking at Quarter Park to manage your property, or looking to move into a property that Quarter Park manages, inquire about the Property Manager...speak to them before you make your decision.I would not recommend this company based on my experiences with this one property manager.

Another good year with QuarterPark!The Quarter Park Team that we have dealt with (Norm, Jairo and Kristina) have been amazing. They are professional, efficient, quick to respond and give us helpful direction when we need it. They are all very personable, and definitely care about their clients. They are knowledgeable and if they don't have the answers - they will find the answers.Jairo is extremely knowledgeable with the financial and investment side, and helped us immensely with reinvesting.Norm, although very busy, has always made time to answer calls and follow up on any situations that need addressingDefinitely happy with them and grateful for their support.Amazing job!!!!
