The Learning Curve Mountain Biking
Me and my partner Simone took the adult foundation course, and those three sessions have been immensely helpful to beginner riders like us.We went through the essential techniques via clear demonstrations and clear drills. Each session ended with a short ride-along in which we get to put what we learned in use.Richard is also a great source if you'd like to know more about trails in Vancouver and up north, and bike stuff. A cool dude and patient teacher. If you are around po-co or Burnaby and want to get into MTB, come to him.
