Carol was a pleasure to work with. Our wedding was 2 years in the making due to covid and we finally got to meet Carol and have our amazing wedding. She kept in contact the entire time, had suggestions, listened to what I was looking for and even listened to all my concerns and worries regarding covid (probably more than what a coordinator should have to deal with). She is so easy to talk to which made it even better, I wasn't worried to speak up. Definitely hire a coordinator outside of the venue to make sure everything is set up and goes well, she has such a good heart and just wants you to have a wonderful day and not worry about anything. When I finally got to see the setup of my wedding it was beautiful, more then what I imagined it would be. The welcome sign/seating chart looked great. The backdrop she created with flowers was amazing. She goes above and beyond with her work. We were so happy with how everything came together. Our guests complimented how the decor looked, even got some compliments about our memorial sign/table. Thank you so so much Carol.

I booked Starlight Events for a balloon and marque letter arrangement for a small private wedding ceremony and reception we held in our home. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond in ensuring our arrangement was perfect. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

I was dealing with Carol on my wedding day coordination. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first phone call, she was attentive, detail oriented, flexible and friendly. She offered valuable advice and support and puts her heart in what she does. She would be a great asset on your wedding day and I would highly recommend her for any of your event and decor needs!

What can I say about Carol? She is AMAZING. Just like anyone else, I had doubts about hiring her. It’s just that you are never sure who the best person for your event will be. You hear and read so many bad things out there that you are never sure who to trust when it comes to hiring an event planner. Let me tell you one thing: you can BLINDLY trust Carol! She will take care of you from day 1 to the end! She is passionate about what she does, and even though she is always on the go, she will never forget her clients’ needs. Carol can work under your budget and accommodate your needs. If you are ever doubting about hiring someone, I can tell you for sure this one will never let you down! She is amazing at what she does! She brings amazing taste, elegant style/decor and wonderful ideas to the table. Not a single person forgot to mention how elegant the decoration for my baby shower looked (check the pictures out). This is all thanks to Carol’s hard work. Let me tell you one thing: Carol may not come see you to finalize things but hey, just like everyone else, she is busy! Busy means that people are hiring her because she is good at what she does! Be patient with her, message her and finalize things online! Trust me when I say this, you can trust her online even though you may not meet her before the actual event. I am pointing this out because some clients (just like me) prefer meeting the planner and finalize things. Well she does not always have time for that (at least in my case) and that is OKAY. You can chat with her on whatssap, she can call you and if you are still not sure, you should check her Instagram page! Carol works online with the client as she is always one the go (from one event setup to another). Let her know what your budget looks like and what decor you are hoping to get. She will get her magic done under your budget. As well, she has vendors she can refer clients to which will make your life much easier (desserts, cake etc etc). You tell her your needs, she has a solution to it! You share with her last minute changes, she will be there to listen to you (no judgements/anger whatsoever). Hire her people! She is good, you won’t regret it :) Thank you for everything Carol! I found an amazing friend in you & if ever we are celebrating Keon’s birthday in a big banquet hall way, I won’t be looking anywhere else! Carol is my go to :)

We worked with Carol to organize our son's first birthday a few months ago and were completely in love with the beautiful decor / backdrop she set up for us. The attention to detail, adherence to theme, timeliness of responses, helpful recommendations + feedback to our ideas were greatly appreciated.
