I'm very impressed with the level of service from Exeter's store the last couple of visits during this stricter lockdown. I dont know how they remain so cheery with all the pressure on them. Alex was very friendly, polite and extremely professional with my inquiries and I really appreciated her expertise during these trying times. Thanks for working so hard.

Rented a 50 foot sewer snake from the rental desk . It worked flawlessly.Better then I ever hoped . Young man behind rental desk could not have been more helpful, loading and unloading unit from my car. Very reasonable rental rate.

Most of the staff are very helpful here. The store is laid out nicely and well organized. The prices are a little high but they usually have what I'm looking for as opposed to places like Canadian Tire. I go here quite a bit while doing renovations. The older gentleman in the lumber yard is awesome and very friendly.

Up front service is great. Purchased a vanity 5 min before close and went out back to get it only to find the gate was being shut and the men had clocked out. Even though it was called in to them from cashier prior to close they refused to get it.Young man told me to come back tomorrow to get it.... I am not driving another 35 min each way to come back so I went in for a refund. Woman (Kate...I believe) was great, very apologetic when it wasn’t even her fault. So she stayed late to refund me. All of my employees have stayed late at one time or another to look after a customer out of the kindness of there heart. The attitude in the back needs to change.

Closed early yet again! I needed a part in the summer around 4 PM on a weekday but the sign on the door said closed early for staff barbecue." Seriously. So I didn't go back for months. When I finally did return I walked in at 5:45 PM and just as I got to the area for vent parts the girl came on the intercom and said "attention customers

I recently contracted Moffatr & Powell RONA to build a new kitchen. My kitchen was quite small & inefficient.I am so pleased with my new kitchen. It is beyond expectation. Much thanks to Emily Blackwell, kitchen designer & Ray Mills installer for their expertise & attention to detail.

good resource in our community but hard to really get the help we needed for some basic orders. They are nice people but not very good with customer service and make promises but then not effective in the follow through. If you talk to different people you get different degrees of helpfulness. You just have to be persistent. Could be better but at least they are here. Fridge arrived. has some small defect so that the upper door cannot be properly reversed as we explained would be needed. Called to see if his is something they can help with and as usual no one is there right now to help but if you call back tomorrow etc. Very disappointed in the entire process.

I needed a couple of pieces of lumber on a Sunday. There was a new young fellow working outside who obviously was a little 'green' to the lumber world. Whomever his supervisor was outside that day certainly needs training on how to treat junior staff - very gruff and mean to the young lad. This turned me off having my son apply for a job there, despite Moffatt & Powell holding a special place in my heart.
