My storage managers Nel and Tadiwan have been amazing during my entire stay at my storage! Every time I see them around the lot they are going above and beyond for the company. They must be paying them a lot for the efforts I see them in

Maxin was a wonderful person. Who was kind enough to call me back after there has been issues with phones being dropped calls voice messages and emails not going through.... She was very polite patient kind... Even though she called from Peterborough she still took my payment for the Mississauga location...Maxin took the time out to help me and she even sent me an email to confirm the payment went through as well as an email with her name on it, without being charged a late fee. Thank you Maxin wonderful job wonderful customer service...

I was needing a new storage space to store some seasonal items as I was moving out of my other storage unit! I walked in to My Storage on Bramalea Road and I was greeted by Gin. She took the time to explain all the storage units they had available and all the specific details about them. She went over all the prices and rules with a lot of detail! She was very helpful, pleasant and friendly that I ended up renting the unit that day! I would say that their prices are very fair and the units look very clean and well managed. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to store items on a short notice! I give five stars for the overall experience ☺️

The storage is great! The service is excellent in person and by phone. I was attended with excellence by Stephanie. Recommended

Place is overpriced. The unit doors are always getting stuck. The worst part is, I had to access my unit 5 separate times after hours and each time I exited the property, the exit was fully open, the exit gate would never close. This place is not secured. They leave the exit fully open overnight which means trespassers can easily access the property.#1 check around before at other storage facilities before you go to MY STORAGE because I guarantee you, you’ll find something cheaper and good units where the doors are not getting stuck and a storage facility that is secured overnight.

The staff at My Storage Mississauga are truly irreplaceable. Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Venus the maintenance man, the man! After a nice interaction with Venus I left my FULL tool bag at the storage center. Venus, brought it to the front were they put my bag in a safe locker.The girls at the front were truly helpful I can’t remember their names but one worked on May 16th and the other worked May 17th. Not only did they did calm me down and assure me my bag was okay (shoutout moms), I was able to send my mom to pick up the bag for me as I wasn’t able to. The pickup was flawless and my mom had nothing but good things to say.Would definitely recommend My stoarge Mississauga !10 Stars!

My storage has made it really easy to transition from my studio to a workshop and storage space. Stephanie is a joy to work with and pricing is reasonable. Brittney was very helpful in helping me update my billing information over the phone. Thanks for also letting us use the truck for moving day!

This has to be the safest place there is! I left a bag full of valuable items there by accident. I almost went into shock the next day when I realized where I left it. I called, the cleaner Venus has placed it in a cupboard and Emily the receptionist secured it when she knew how valuable it was. 2days after misplacing it there it was intact, nothing touched. They are the absolute best. Your items are safe with this company. Thank you again sooo much for your honesty and care.

I didnt end up moving into my unit because of an opportunity that presented itself. But I did get a tour and their units are clean and well priced. Arianna, Morgan and the rest of the staff were all incredibly pleasant to deal with and I'll definitely be giving them my business in the future.

Great facility! Everyone at My Storage has been amazing and so very helpful! . Max was wonderful in helping me get my 1st unit started, and Morgan was awesome helping me set up my 2nd mini unit today! Highly recommended!
