WOW is where I can start we were alittle nervous ordering a half cow but it started with Colt and John for the ordering and the butcher they use was very nice and helped with the cutting process of how we wanted it done. Then it came to delivery where Colt and John personally drove to London on the worst snow day of the year so far to make sure we got our order like promised. We will be customers for life.
