Where do I begin, today there was an issue with a leak. I had a great technician by the ame of Evan who today is my Batman (Superhero) for finding the source. Receptionist Chanel and Plumber Sam are absolutely awesome to work with. Both are highly professional, friendly and keep me apprised of what they are doing/what is going on.Sam was quick to determine where the leak was coming from in a condo unit above me, and explained how the procedure of fixing the leak would transpire. My dog is a very good judge of character, and she gives same two paws up!!!!

The service at Century Plumbing and Heating was great, and I would definitely recommend them! They were able to come on the day I phoned, and arrived promptly when they said they would. Sam was very thorough in investigating the cause of the water leak and took time to explain possible options, and answer any questions I had.

Century Plumbing came to assess/ repair a roof top AC unit that services our office area of approx. 800 sq ft. Century Plumbing replaced 5 fan motors and the unit was deemed repaired. However, 3 days later we still don't have AC. So another Century Plumbing technician came and determined that the coils were faulty causing the unit to seize, but the unit is over 30 years old and coil parts are now unavailable.I completely understand that Century Plumbing had to replace the fan motors in order to determine the coils were at fault. However, since the unit is no longer repairable, I am now held responsible for paying for a part that was replaced in a unit that can no longer be repaired. The alternative solution offered to me was a quote to install a new unit ($10k). We don't have that kind of money esp. for a unit that services only office space. Currently we are using a portable window AC unit. It works.Brand new motors are sitting in a unit that will probably be removed and dumped in the scrap yard.I have emailed a request for an adjustment to the bill, but have not received a response except a past due invoice that arrived via email. I understand by payment of the invoice for $1195, I am acknowledging the satisfactory completion of the work provided. This review is apparent, that I am not satisfied with the work provided.I have never used Century Plumbing before, and do not foresee using them again for future services.

Century Plumbing recently repaired a leaking shower faucet for me. The service was professional and courteous starting with the receptionist to the plumber Sean was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Century Plumbing.

Very friendly, I messaged them on Facebook and they got back to me right away. Their weekend call centre has some issues with miscommunication though. Everything got sorted out. I did end up paying about $6000 all together including repair that wasn’t necessary and my new AC unit which I love. The tech was so nice and stayed to install and repair well into the evening. I really appreciate it so much. Especially when it’s 30C out. I have epilepsy and my dog is 140 pounds of fluffy beast. Im so grateful for my new AC unit.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The worker left his dachshund in his truck while he was inside doing a job and it was 20C out. Dog was barking non stop.

Dont use or work for them, accidentally bumping into a parked vehicle gets you automatically fired no notice. Losers actually acted happy about our newborn.

Century plumbing came out to disconnect and re install our air conditioner unit that another company made and absolute mess of. Unfortunately I didn't Get the guys name that was here as my husband was the one that made the appointment. But he was friendly, professional and did a tremendous job at installing the AC. He was fast and efficient, it was only a few hours before he had it up and running again which was great considering he had to undo someone else’s work before he could even start installing. I would definitely use this company again.

Needed 2 running toilets repaired plus a leaking outdoor faucet.The plumber replaced a part for $95 and then had to leave before fixing the outdoor issue because he had to leave to go pick up his kid from daycare. Had to call office to rebook a 2nd appointment to finish the job.He charged me for a 2nd visit even though he was not here for 1 1/2 hours which is the time included in the initial $187 charge.2 months later the flapper on the NEW part still not working properly.Left an email with no response!Guess I’ll have to pay again and fix his shoddy job myself
