Great service. The worker is very kind and gets your order out very quickly. I ordered two drinks and they came out within 5 minutes. Also a very nice atmosphere in here, very cool in here. The bubble tea is very flavorful and out of all the bubble tea I've had this is definitely one of the best.

Absolutely loved tea story! Great food made right in front of you, plus a wide range of delicious drinks. Generally quiet and a nice atmosphere inside! I’d love to see this place get more business, the have plenty to offer and great service!

This place is a hiding-in-plain-site gem! Looking at it from the street, you wouldn’t guess what’s going on inside. So much more than just tea! There’s delicious, fresh-made breakfast, lunch and dessert waffles as well as smoothies, boba and iced tea infusions. Sit and play one of the games they have for you or grab a delicious waffle sandwich to go! There’s a whole selection of quirky gifts too (legos, puzzles etc). Now that we’ve found it, we will be regular customers!!

Why isn’t this place packed?!?! I went there for the first time today and I was blown away at how amazing it was! The service was amazing and they were so kind. The drinks were so yummy and perfect. And the food was out of this world, it was all freshly made right on the spot and done in great time. There is not a single downside to this place. Only that it was empty!!! That needs to change! Please go here it is amazing!

Great drinks, friendly service, amazing options for take-home loose leaf tea. They also have beautiful gift ideas for a loved one, or even to treat yourself. Highly recommend.

Great little tea shop and café. I had the mango bubble tea and one of the vegan waffle sandwiches. It was great!

Literally the best waffles I’ve ever had, the man who took my order was the nicest man I’ve ever met, I can’t think of a single negative about this place! It’s criminal that it was so empty, if you’re in the area it’s a must have

I had Pineapple Bubble Tea.This was my first time visiting this place and having Bubble Tea! Idk why they call it that, it’s like any mocktail if not juice.Nevertheless the taste was really good.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! We ordered caramel tea, black tea and rooibos chai tea. The caramel tea tasted and smelled like dessert in a cup. Oolong tea and chai tea were full bodied and full of flavour. The tea were served in a HUGE cup so we had ALOT to savour.Now where do I begin with the waffles! I ordered the chimichurri waffles and death by waffles. My friends ordered ceasar waffle and Banana cream waffle. To say they were simply delicious would be the understatement of the year. They were so full of flavour and stuffed full of delicious goodness. No skimping here! It's a steal for the cheap price! Chocolate waffle was good but oh my... You HAVE to try the banana cream one. Seriously anything you order from the menu is a HIT! Sadly the owner said he's not getting many customers which a SHAME! Please stop by there if you can. I promise you won't regret it!

Great London fog (non dairy version). My friend had a chai latte.Parking a little challenging.Ambience could be better. I wish the tables were in the window area instead of the merchandise. No GF snacks.Overall 4/5.
