Bay City Animal Hospital

I’ve heard some not so good things about this place unfortunately. I’m not sure what happened to those people who say Bay City isn’t a good clinic, but I do know that they were great with my dog. She was very nervous and they tried their best to make her comfortable and go slow so she doesn’t get scared.They gave my dog her vaccines and offered to trim her nails for me since I’ve been having trouble doing so. They trimmed them for me and gave me great advice on how to keep her comfortable and apathetic to nail cutting.They were very understanding and kind, the vet tech in particular who got us settled was especially kind.Don’t get scared off by what other people say about Bay City!

This animal hospital saved my cat a few times in her life. She lived a good 14 years and they always took care of her and I can't thank them enough for all their time and energy they put into my cat. Thank you!

Always take great care of my pups. Informative and always follow up a few days later with phone call to make sure the patient is doing alright or to address any concerns. Your puppy might not like to visit but you can rest assured they will take great care of them while there.

Love the vet but the front office staff needs some work. Bree is rude and lacks professional courtesy. This is not the first issue I have experienced with her

This vet clinic is the best clinic I have ever taken any of my furry family members to. The customer service they give you leaves you speechles because of how kind they are and how much they truly care for your pet. I have never experienced such good customer service. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Bailey Germon has been seeing Dr K for almost 6 yrs now.. any visit we have encountered has been great.. I would recommend Dr K and staff to anyone looking for awesome service for their pets. Very compassionate..informative.Yes Covid has been extemely difficult for everyone..

Incredible staff! Unbelievably supportive during difficult times. Provided several treatment options and were very upfront with costs and prices.

Everyone was nice and took care of our animal. The only issue which rubbed us the wrong way was the Dr said she was worried about the taurine" level in our canine when she found out we have fed a balanced raw diet for 5 years. If she was genuinely knowledgeable about the raw diet and canine nutrition she would know that is more of a concern for raw fed cats. Since this concern of hers only came due to opinion and not from any testing done

The staff are kind, compassionate and professional. I am also THRILLED to know I can go in with my fur babies again.

I had to go here and they weren't even my regular veterinarian office. They were the best here, My cat was really sick they explained everything to me and unfortunately I had to put my cat down. They gave us their deepest sympathy and appreciate them so much. Thank you to all Staff.
