Traveland RV Supercentre

We just bought a incredible new motor home from these guys they were. Tremendous? We did our walk through yesterday and they taught us all about everything. We need to know they let me film it so that I could look back on it later. And they were still doing little odds and ends on it to make sure it was perfect. It was a really really awesome experience fantastic staff and I would definitely recommend any one. Who's looking for an RV to go here?

We came here to pick up some parts for our travel trailer. The parts sections is great and had everything we needed. The young gentleman at the parts counter Rob was fantastic! Hands down best customer service I have experienced while buying parts anywhere. Kudos Rob! We will be back for more parts and this will defs be our go to store.

WE had a great experience with Traveland. Konnor,the salesperson we dealt with was extremely helpful as were all the service staff when unfortunately a water leak was found. The service department found and repaired the leak all within a day after they were contacted.

As usual Tyler and Dave in service with help from Drew in sales did a great job on the massive updates on our Monaco Motorhome. Away we go!

Mick Murphy was amazing in getting the work on my RV completed efficiently and promptly in service. I find the whole service department, extremely friendly and it makes me feel very secure in leaving my RV there. As a first time RV owner, I am so glad I picked Traveland RV as my place to purchase and bring in my RV in for service.

Update: We contacted the sales guy Mike and he ended up stepping up for us and helping us out. They even came out to pick up our trailer from our house to take a look at it. The issue has been resolved.If I could give them 0 stars i would. They will sell you a trailer with the bare minimum and everything that is a necessity will be an upgrade. We took the word for it and upgraded to a double 6 volt battery package and were told That would last us 5-6 days and it’s lasted us 24 hours on 2 trips leaving us to close our slide by jump starting our battery with our car. Then we go back and the truth comes out that we need 200w solar panels to actually last that long. Putting us out another $2,000 or so that we didn’t have in our budget to spend. My mother in law and sister bought trailers around the same time from other dealers and these feature were included in their package and non negotiable. Wasn’t even an option for an upgrade. They keep giving us the run around and have ruined 2 camping trips so far and made having a trailer anything but enjoyable. Save yourself time and go somewhere that includes everything you actually need to have an enjoyable trip/summer.

The people at Traveland were very nice helpful and friendly. From our first meeting with Mike Bennett the sales guy who was very helpful to Ryan Duy the finance guy who worked tirelessly with us to make it happen, to Alex who was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with everything during our walk through, to meeting the “Big guy” Cam (sales manager) who was extremely nice and committed to making sure that we were completely satisfied.Over all this company was and is totally committed to it’s customers! And it shows.We would give this business 10 stars if it were an option, highly recommend!

We are from Saskatchewan and Vicki was our sales representative. Upon arrival we were met at the airport and from there on we were treated like royalty. The showing of the Motorhome and all the paperwork was done very professionally and efficiently. We called Vicki a couple times along the way home with inquiries which she was happy to help us with as well as a follow-up call after we got home. We love our purchase and would like to give a big thank you to Vicki. She is the best!!!!
