I came to Wiiliams Lake for school...after all the sitting in class I needed some back relief...I found Cross Method online and had never had an Osteopathic massage before.Elaine was amazing...how she explained what she was doing and the comfort and relief I felt after!!!..I highly recommend you see Elaine she makes you feel right at home and is incredible in what she does!!

Excellent so happy struggles for years with pain from a accident. You name it I tried it until now getting awesome results. So grateful with Elaine and the osteopathic treatment she gives in each session. A life without pain is possible what a blessing in finding Elaine at this time in my life.

Elaine is a miracle worker. Been a few times now and everytime I feel better and better. Less aches and pains and more mobility. Definitely recommend her!
