Stay away from the service department. They don’t care your time. Drop my truck 12:40pm for next day 7:30 am appointment for oil change. 9pm now. Not even touch my truck. Call couple time day time. Always say your truck is next. But didn’t bring my truck in shop. Leaving without oil change. And no one have answered and talk very rude shift supervisor told me I wasted his time. After drop truck 32 hours. Me wasting his time?

Was in with absolutely no notice and out with a new fan belt within the hour on the 23rd of December. Very fine service indeed although it is a shame that patrons are no longer welcome to peruse the showroom floor to get lighting, decal, and other ideas for aftermarket accessories.

The mechanics listen to your list of service issues and get your truck into the shop quickly. However, if you have to wait the drivers lounge offers free coffee but the list of available TV channels is misleading and trying to find something to watch is madness.

Ordered brand new 389 with sears seats . They can’t fix the rattle sound the passenger seat makes . Had to tie the seat down with a bungee cord so it won’t rattle the seats are made really lose on the top end . Other then That awesome service so far .

Awesome awesome awesome guys at Abbotsford Peterbilt. After and arduous long journey across the rocks, Man did I ever need a shower. And God knows, all of us truck drivers know that when you get out this area of the country, well on this part of the province. Or let alone this part of Vancouver. Greater Vancouver area. There is absolutely no decent truckstop whatsoever. These guys and their drivers lounge actually had a shower. A full stand up walk-in shower w clean towels. Complementary to customers of Peterbilt. I blew a oil filler cap coming outta Kamloops. . All I needed was a Oil filler cap that in Kamloops was $91 but here in Abbotsford was the same damn part for 16 bucks. And I needed some oil. I asked them if they knew anywhere I could get a decent shower at a decent truckstop. They offered their shower. In their drivers lounge. Best damn service ever. Highly recommend this place. Massive respect.
