I am very satisfied and impressed with my car repair . My car was dented and scratched so deeply. It looks like brand new after the fixing. Excellent customer communication, high quality of service, well priced, attention to details, highly recommended. Everything was done very quickly and on time. GREAT work!

delay in repair without any notification and over 50% after over twice detailed estimate ws done.That is nothing but gauging the insurance company never going to use the Fix Auto even if the insurance recommends it.

Very good service and a good value.I shopped around and fix auto was the best value and offered me the option of using a refurbished part to help me reduce my costs.They also took the time to replace a front burnt out bulb when they noticed it at no additional costs.Fast service and good quality. I would go back again if I ever need to.

Had major damage to a side fender, part of my door - the estimate provided was a great deal. If anything changed, they let me know and didn't increase the quote. They worked hard to make sure everything was put back together and was looking like brand new. This is the second time I've used this business and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again.

Riaz and his team are hard working individuals! My car was returned to me 3 days before I was scheduled to pick it up. I heard there is new management here and they recently took over. No issues with my car whatsoever and looks cleaner than it did before! The shop is very big and spacious, aswell has every machine, tool possible to fix your car. This is probably why insurance companies have them as a preferred shop. Keep up the good work!

I recently brought in my vehicle for some body work and paint. I had an amazing experience. Both service and staff members were very knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns were addressed right away. There was paint, the bumper, hood, fog lights as well as body repairs were executed. I have had several people ask me if I had purchased a new VEHICLE!!!! Great experience and I would recommend this shop

This professional young team is caring you and your job more than expectations. They repaired my Rouge's bumper and hatchback door 4 days sooner than their own schedule, because I needed my own car. Their job is awesome +.They did extra body-repairs for no charge. I feel happy and confident enough to give referals to friends. Special thanks to Haley for her perpetual nice hospitality.

Based on my own experience with this shop, I believe all the 1 Star reviews now.TD insurance referred me to this shop... unfortunately, and I shouldn't have came. My advice to you, do yourselves a favor and take your car somewhere else.Came to this shop 7 months ago to take care of my car's front end stuff. one of the tasks was to replace and paint the front bumper.the job looked good" at the time I received the car.3 months ago

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unprofessional, poor quality work and do not take the time to understand the concerns.The insurance company referred the car to be fixed at this shop. After having come once to indicate the defects in the work, they addressed the issue within the next day. HOWEVER, the quality of job was poor (understatement).As can be seen from the pictures, they failed to properly paint the damaged part (paint drips were left on the car), failed to attach the guard underneath the car with it being loose and screws coming out, did not seal the gap between the door and the hood, and etc. I would recommend to abstain from this garage if you can.p.s. the manager stated that I was making it personal without the regard for demonstrated defects.
