Tyson was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Staff also provided support and alternative options for ordering/delivering our furniture and went above and beyond to provide extra options to make the space feel like a home.

Tried selling us a sofa with a tear in it, and wouldn't offer to order a new one as they didn't know when it would arrive"... They were very persistent on selling it too. We left right away and went to Ashley's where we bought a very nice sofa at a great price."

We had such wonderful service at the Brick Lloydminster! Sebastian helped us with picking out a new stove for you house and he was beyond helpful getting measurements and different features laid out for us. We were very happy with our service there!

Sale rep Deval was attentive as soon as we arrived at the store. She helped us choose a dishwasher and was with us till right to the end when we made the purchase. If she was unsure of an answer she made sure someone else was able yo answer our questions correctly. Much appreciated:)

Tara Is amazing, we been looking for awhile to purchase a sectional and she made our experience at The Brick great, she is very knowledgeable, friendly, great at what she does. I highly recommend her !!!!! She doesn't make you feel Obligated to purchase she truly cares about her customers from start to finish and even after the product has been delivered. Thank You Tara the sectional looks amazing and the color is beautiful. Will we be back? Most definitely Tara!! See you in the future.

For the last 10 years we have purchased multiple appliances and pieces of furniture from the Lloydminster Brick, mainly dealing with Tara. Tara is always knowledgeable, willing to answer all questions and find answers she doesn't know. She is fluent in The Brick's policies and warranties but never pushy.

I always purchase my appliances from here. Today I purchased a new LG TV and Tara was absolutely phenomenal! The whole transaction and transportation was done under 45 minutes. She really went above and beyond today along with every staff who helped. This is why The Brick at Lloyd is always my family’s first choice when it comes to appliances and furniture. We were very happy with the customer service we got at the Brick Lloydminster from Jared. We went with a concern about a new appliance we had just purchased. In a timely manor he found about the Company’s money back guarantee, got us the paperwork & also gave some suggestions to try with appliance before returning it. He was very helpful! Would recommend the Brick Lloydminster, Alberta!
