I ordered a trailer hitch in person and booked appointment to have installed. 6 days later dropped truck off for appointment, only to be called later and told Sorry we don't have one in stock" take about a week to get one. After a week and no return call

BEWARE!!!! Would be a zero.My father is moving out east from Ontario. He sold his house and has to be out on a certain day. He booked a trailer one way out east MONTHS in advance.TWO DAYS before he is to move they called him to let him know they don’t have a trailer.If my father is not out of that house with all his belongings he gets sued…WARNING there is a clause in their agreement that says they don’t guarantee a trailer.DO NOT USE THEM GO TO PENSKE!!

The staff there are really busy, with lots of people picking up trucks and trailers but everyone I dealt with was super helpful. My plans changed at the last minute, literally, and I was able to return my rental and get a full refund. I really appreciated it.

Nice location. My biggest complaint is the pipe located inside the storage lockers that attacked my head on multiple occasions. Should have hard hats available or marked with red glowing paint. Now, my IQ and life expectancy got affected from all brain damage.

I just want to give William at the Niagara Falls location credit. My 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz was the first one in Canada uhaul had to install a wiring kit and brake controller on, and it was a bit of a learning curve for Will, but he got the job done and I am very impressed and happy.
