I made sure to call to check closing time today and they told me. 11pm , I told the lady I would make my way to them. Arriving 30 mins prior to their closing time on google and what the lady told me and they are closed! WASTE OF GAS AND TIME! Why not just say you’re closing early! I literally called you 10 mins prior . Will never support this place

The service over the years has gone done so much it’s noticeable but the prices keep going up, its like rolling the dice weather you get good food or rushed burnt garbage. Just order La Luna down the street definitely better. I remember seeing rat skeletons under the renovation garbage at one point too so its just all around a bad place to waste money.

Vegetables seemed fresh, little undercooked for me. Shrimp was definitely frozen as was chicken, I ordered a beef dish, funan beef. Incredible, was just like an amazing form of beef jerky with vegetables. They're not special but ok. I'd eat there again

Placed order for pick up at 5pm. They were very busy with 5 people ahead of me but they were working as a well oiled machine and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. They apologized and I said there was no need they were doing a great job. My food containers were full to overflowing and they plastic plastic wrap between the food and lids to protect it. It was hot and delicious!!!

The worst customer service I ever had. The lady sitting in the front to take order is playing ludo game in her phone don't even give any response for the questions I asked. Very rude. Never going back to the place again. I only brought food from here because I did a long drive to reach the place. I am adding the menu in the photo just to verify other users that I brought the food from there. They have me this menu inside the packet.

We ordered chicken balls and fried rice expecting it to be seperate but they put them together in the same container ruining the rice. Wish they would have told us this.

Ordered chicken chow mein, sent pork chow mein, Ordered pork fried rice , very dry since new owners the restaurant has gone down in quality for the food, my husband and I have been going and ordering from them for over 30 yrs, now we have to find a different Chinese food restaurant. Very unhappy with pagoda restaurant

Our family has been going to this location since I was a kid and I'm 60 years old now, I still treat myself to this wonderful tasting food evey once in a while.. Highly recommend..

Been going for years, but recently prices up up. And quality down. Ordered a shrimp and garlic sauce, there was 4 shrimp max, and full of green peppers and lots of onions. Which wasn't on the menu. I wish it would of said that ahead of time.

Pagoda Chop Suey House
I order two times (combination plate) and they were good .. however this time there was a hair (straight and black) poking out through the deep fried chicken ball .. absolutely disgusting. I got my money refunded the next day but still, it’s absolutely disgusting. I haven’t returned. I doubt that they wear hair nets at the back in the kitchen, I did mention it to them, to avoid this from happening again.
