Excellent service. I put in my order, received a receipt but didn't receive any info about the shipment. I sent an email, received a reply right away - one of the colours I chose was not available. I chose a different colour and my package arrived the next day. Thank you!

It took two tries to get my order. The guy who eventually got me another package was very nice and followed up on his end and the first package was lost.But, one pair of bamboo capris is discolored in sections on the legs and they don’t stay up which the other pairs I’ve worn so far do. That’s disappointing. The quality has changed.

I have had a few pairs of Orange Fashion leggings for about 4 years that have been amazing. So I ordered 2 more leggings and a Capri legging. When they arrived I was very disappointed in how thin they were compared to the old ones I have. When I emailed the company to express my disappointment, I was told they are using the thickest weave ever and they would pass on my comments. Now 2 months later and there are holes in the leggins. Very disappointed in the quality of this product compared to same product from years passed

I purchased 4 bamboo spaghetti tank tops from this company. The quality is definitely not what it used to be. After wearing the black one twice, 2 holes appeared in the front. When I called customer service the man that answered the phone was extremely rude to me. A lady by the name of Mafisa asked me to email her photos of the top with the holes, which she never responded to. They say they’ll get back to you but they never do. Beyond horrible customer service!! Please think twice before purchasing fromthis company!! Not only has the quality of their clothing gone downhill but their customer service is horrible!! They inconvenienced me and wasted my time.

Once I discovered their bamboo leggings, they’re the only ones I’ll ever wear. So wonderfully comfortable with the wide waistband. Top quality.

Their male bamboo line is fantastic best underwear Ive ever worn.

I bought a pair of jeans that do not fit. They were for my daughter. I did not realize that you have to return within 7 days which I think is ridiculous. Now, they say they are not accepting returns because of Covid. I do not know any other company that does this. I will not be buying from them again. I am out $100.
