our cedar roof inspected, repaired and cleaned to make like new. good advise by owner to get roof cleaning and minor repairs instead of whole roof replacement. I earlier called a company from surrey for inspection. they advised whole roof replacement with a big budget. but this guy saved my dollars and cleaned my roof and repaired a small part. thanks bro!

Ian at Southwest was very helpful when I woke up to a nasty roof leak. He had someone come right away to do the repair even though he’s very busy. He ended up cleaning and sealing the entire roof. The work was done so well and so promptly that I also had some of his crew paint my entire large house. Fantastic job done promptly. Good attention to detail. All for a reasonable fee. Whenever I need some work done on my house I will always call Ian for his advice.

SouthWest have just completed our cedar shake roof restoration in Tsawwassen and we couldn’t be more pleased. It was completed exactly as promised and the quality of the work was beyond expectations. If you want a job done right with a contractor you can trust, at a reasonable price, these are your people. We unequivocally endorse them.

After speaking with people in our area who had already had their roofs restored by South West Roof Restoration, we went ahead and had the roof on our rancher-style home cleaned and treated by South West in March 2022. Our treated roof looks brand new, which is great, but the chief selling point for us was that cleaning and treating (sealing) our shake roof now means that we won't likely have to replace it for many years to come. The crew from South West were excellent to deal with -- friendly, responsive and efficient. We are very pleased with our restored roof and would recommend South West to our neighbors.

I got quotes from several roofers and l must say Southwest customer service was top notch. Al (rep) was informative, helpful and accommodating. Came and meet me in person, had samples with him, did not pressure or rush anything. Very customer oriented and l cannot say that enough, if l could give him a 10 star l would. Anytime l contacted him, if he didnt pick up he called back right away. He dealt with my inquiries (and l had several lol), he wanted to make sure l was happy with the product and service. It has been a long time since l have dealt with a company that actually cares about the finish product, the customers satisfaction. I would recommend him and Southwest to all. This includes his crew(s), very professional, clean, and you can tell they took pride in there work too.

Southwest restored my cedar roof three-years ago. We had two leaks after rainstorm. I called SW Ian both times. He responded and addressed my issues promptly. We greatly appreciated Ian's professional services and responses.

Early in April of 2022, my wife and I we were walking in our neighbourhood along the North Arm of the Fraser River and we noticed a gentleman power washing a cedar roof on a large house. We, living in the neighbourhood have four buildings all roofed in cedar. The original roofs were installed in 1994. For the last year or two we have been concerned about the need to replace these roofs. When I saw the work that was being done on the roof that day I felt that this might be the answer to my concerns.I called Ian and set up an appointment for an estimate and he in a very professional manner provided me with the answer to all of my concerns. For what I felt to be an extremely reasonable price I now have four buildings with roofs that appear brand new. Not only do they look good but South-West Roof Restoration and Repair have provided me with a warranty that has given me peace of mind. To have gone on a walk that day and seen Frank on the roof of that house was godsend. I so appreciate the quality and the prompt resolution of the project that I cannot express how happy I am with the results. The job took two days for our house to be completed. First day was the power washing. Brian was great. Very efficient. A LOT of crud came down off the roof onto the yard, but he made sure the gutters were clean and then carefully sprayed and cleaned up the gardens (as well as the neighbour's). On day 2, the crew (2 guys) removed and replaced the bad shingles and ridge caps. In the afternoon, the UV treatment was applied. The restored roof looks new again, and we are thrilled. Communication with Alan, Ian and crew was easy. Highly recommend. 5/5
