We had new lights installed, old lights replaced, switches changed out, and smoke detectors wired into the house. I do not know how we could be any happier. We Love the results! We are completely satisfied with Kraun's service. They showed up on time. They took multiple steps to protect our home and minimize debris. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They were efficient and completed all the jobs quickly. They cleaned up after and just left us with beautiful new lights and big smiles. Everything about the process was easy. They have this down to a science. We feel like we have a new house. It has made such a huge difference. Their prices were also better than what we had been quoted elsewhere, so we felt like we got a good value. We only wish we had had it done sooner. Thank you, Kraun, Kyle, and Ludwig!

I needed to have motion lights installed outside my house. My neighbour Can had a very good experience with Nick Giordano at Kraun Electric in St Catharines. Fortunately I followed my neighbour's advice and scheduled a visit with Nick. Based on my experience over the years, he provided the best service. He provided very clear explanations to the steps involved, alternative solutions, and cost for each solution. It was Thursday before the big storm and the weather was getting very cold. Since motion lights work at night, Nick offered me to come back in the evening and see how the lights work. I have never seen any service like this one. Thank you Nick! Just to let you know, lights work great.

My recent experience with Kraun Electric was very impressive. They responded to my request quickly and efficiently. The electrician was very professional and pleasant to deal with as was the receptionist who answered my call. Our request was to investigate and repair a bathroom electrical outlet for my elderly mother which had shorted out. As it turned out, the outlet was wired incorrectly by the builder and had live wires exposed inside which could have caused a fire. I am grateful that the electrician was able to efficiently repair the outlet and remove the fire hazard. I would definitely recommend Krause Electric for all your electrical needs.
