It was a real pleasure to work with Aaron. He did the inspection for my first house and I'm so happy about everything. He took his time and checked every nook and cranny, making sure I know about all the potential issues. He then went with me through all his findings and answer all the questions I had. And believe me, since it's my first house, I did have millions of questions. But Aaron was super patient, he also gave me some great pieces of advice about future renovation and what I should pay attention to. I was really worried before the inspection, but I felt very confident after we went through everything with him. I hope to work again with Aaron in the future!

Aaron is a highly knowledgeable and experienced professional home inspector that we will definitely hire again and again! We hired Aaron to inspect our property for the purpose of listing the property for sale. Aaron inspected the property thoroughly, went into the attic, climbed onto the roof, and into every part of the house both interior and exterior. He provided me a verbal overview of his findings shortly after his inspection, and then provided a detailed written report on that same evening. His report is informative and had the right amount of details (not too little or too much), which helped us to identify immediate fixes (which we completed quickly), and other fixes that are non-urgent or are discretionary. This gave us a peace of mind as we list the house on the market. Aaron also took extra time to explain/teach us a few things about the house. Aaron was SO informative, helpful, knowledgeable and comforting throughout the entire process of our home inspection. I wasn’t able to attend the actual home inspection as I was at work, though my boyfriend went and relayed some messages to me about some things to be aware of that came up in the home inspection. Along with the detailed report of course. However, being a first time home buyer, I was a little hesitant about a couple concerns that Aaron found in the home and just wanted some more clarity and to hear it right from the source.I called Aaron I believe on a Saturday evening. I have only great things to say about Aaron. It was a smooth process, from the time we set up an appointment, to the time we received the inspection report. Aaron did a apartment inspection for us as one of the purchase subjects. He is very thorough but efficient. Aaron really took his time to explain to us what he was looking at during the inspection (which almost everything within the unit: all appliances, electrical switches, heating system, smoke alarm, windows, balconies, etc) and told us of any deficiencies right away. He is very easygoing, but he takes the inspection very seriously though. The inspection report came before we even reached our home!! Yes, it's that quick. Highly recommend!!
