I was blown away today when I returned a large crystal wine bucket to the store. I had accidentally hit the edge of the bucket with a wine bottle on Friday at a dinner party and cracked it. I was hoping for sympathy but was greeted with genuine caring-an attitude you seldom see in today's retail. The owner graciously gave me a new ice bucket from stock. Dealing here in the future is a certainty.

UPDATED Review July 2019:After a less than ideal experience here in the fall of 2018, the Sales Manager, Marlie, reached out to us regarding our previous review about a week ago and has been going out of her way to make this right. We understand that mistakes happen and situations are mis-judged and we are very happy to have worked everything out and to be getting the jar!! I do recommend Hopson Grace, and particularly recommend working with Marlie who has been kind, genuine and lovely to speak with.

My fiancé and I went into the store to look and possibly register for our wedding after reading the many positive reviews .... We were disappointed with the mediocre service and the snooty design advice. However, they do have some nice pieces.

Very very cute home interior items from tea towels, cutlery, wood bowls- everything you might need covering a wide design personalized to you. They have quite a few local designers as well!

Hopson Grace (HG) is a wonderful oasis of both the elegant and practical. They have attentive staff and their products are beautifully displayed.I have to admit a certain bias though. HG has been selling my salad bowls, platters and high-end wood turnings since they first opened in 2015.As a supplier they have been very good to me. As a customer, they have been excellent.The store is fun to visit and online shopping from home is easy and enjoyable.All covid protocols are in place creating a comfortable environment.

Bought some wine glasses as a gift. Customer service was outstanding. They were delivered to me same day(during COVID) and in the most stunning packaging! Even got a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the order. Will definitely shop here again! Highly recommend Hopson Grace!

I have never been to the actual store, but have ordered online, and have spoken to Marlie who is great. I am hoping they open a shop in Ottawa, even if is only a pop up shop. I think a shop on Sussex Drive in the Byward Market would be perfect!

Simply the best and the brightest in terms of quality, selection and staff. A real jewel of a find when it is necessary to find that perfect gift for the person that has everything. So many great and useful items all made to last in this throw away Society. It feels good to buy something here you know will last with foresight the benefactor will remember you each time they look or place their hands on it
