Haven't purchased yet, but at the very least Gord is extremely professional... I've called several times being kind of a tough indecisive customer and Gord is super patient and helpful with working through my dock needs.

I'm a repeat customer of Gord's and Dockmaster. I know when I buy from Gord and his team, that the product quality and service levels are the very best! I've purchased many items from Gord to date; A boat lift, swim-out dock, and a brand new 20x20patio with 6x30 docking system. He even surprised me by making sure it was in before the holiday long weekend! The installers are wonderful and take a lot of care. Love when service companies get it right! Thanks Gord & team! Add this piece to my other sections. I think the original dock is 15+ years old and has another 15+ years in it. This will make a nice sitting area. They helped me spec it out and was easy to install
