Great drivers quick friendly service

Awful service. Driver swore at my partner and I while kicking us out and denied us service. Will not be using again or recommending to anyone.

Well the drivers can be friendly the reliability hasn't been great for us, we've had a few to many bad experiences with them, the worst was on a -25 night they told us they were 3 minutes away and for us to wait outside, they didn't show up for another 20 minutes leaving us to freeze

Very worst service, the meters are completely different for each vehicle for baker street they cost one day 9$ and other day same location they cost me 12$. And few of the cab members are very rude. They drop the customer in middle if they ask for the meter rate tally with previous cabs. I think Kootenay should have better cab service in future with other company

Highly recommend you avoid giving this business your money. The driver who picked me up seems to be blindly unaware of the service based job he holds and that part of it might entail a bit of waiting. After some words shared back and forth about the confusion around a pick up notification the older white male driver became violently angry, swore at me and my partner multiple times and kicked us out of his cab. Don’t support this business, such a joke of a service honestly.

Just had a drive with an extremely rude elder Man in a van. Yelled at us not to spill coffee, then took corners at a high and sudden speed- and the reason for the warning became apparent. When paying he both yelled at my foreign boyfriend for taking a moment to understand English and decide how to pay, then also told us he's in a hurry so please pay faster. Overall, this ride gets 0 stars for the drivers behaviour AND driving skills. Very unhappy with this ride. He was even later than promised getting us, then rushes US the MOMENT he stopped the car. All other drivers I've experienced are wonderful. We had a lovely duo training this morning on our way out, and they get 5 star

They need to learn to quote better times. I've missed two important appointments because of their so called ten minutes" I'll wait over half an hour for them and they still don't show up so I have to cancel my appointment. I get it they are busy

Prompt and friendly service. I don't take many cabs, but when I've needed their service, it's always been good.
