Wonderful service. The prices are really affordable. For the amount that was cut off, I was expecting to be charged more. I had been contemplating cutting my long hair for a while. Since I have naturally wavy hair, finding the right hairdresser is a mission. Though Adriana was wonderful. She listened to everything I wanted, gave me great suggestions, and has background in cutting curly hair. I'm honestly enjoying my short, healthy hair. I recommend this place in general, all the hairdressers are excellent at what they do.

Went to see Ashley this past weekend, it was my first time here and I was blown away. Very professional, all the staff were super friendly. I had a three tone hair colour going on and asked for highlights which I knew would be tricky with my existing colours, and it came out amazing! She actually stayed past closing just to let them lighten to the right colour. Would highly recommend, great experience!!!

If you're tired of switching barbers. If You always get a different haircut than what you ask for. If You're always nervous about your barber screw up your hair.Come here and say no more !Got my haircut yesterday July 4th. Joe did an amazing job with a smile on his face the whole time. Took extra time to give me a perfect haircut. He noticed I wear glasses so he asked me to put my glass on and then further adjusted my hair. Very polite staff. Clean place. I definitely recommend this place.Finally after 5 years of bouncing between so many barbers, I finally found best of the best.

Went in for the first time today with my young son, an absolutely amazing experience for both of us. The staff was so professional and inviting. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Oh and the hair cut Fantastic! We will definitely back on the regular.

I did a brazilian wax here and it was not my favorite experience. Soft wax was used and it was very painful and longer than other times I have done it at wax bars that used hard wax or a combo of soft and hard ( I almost stopped the whole service completely) . Additionally I was bleeding and sore for a while after. Can't say I was happy but she was a nice kind lady.

Joe is a super nice guy and basic haircuts im sure he does amazing. But when it comes to fades he is clueless. Had to wear a hat for two weeks to cover it up it was so bad. But overall the people there are nice

They did a great job on my hair, even though the place was busy i booked an appointment and was served very quickly. This was my first time going and the lady with blond hair really did a great job. They’re reasonably priced too! I am definitely returning. Bonus because I work in the same plaza.

I needed to get a haircut done before Christmas and I had put it off till the 23rd, not a great idea. I was lucky to find Raphael's and Joe who not only booked me in for first thing on Christmas Eve he also offered to give me a call in the evening of the 23rd should someone not show for an appointment, which I really appreciated.I ended up going in the morning. Joe consulted with me and offered some advice as well, something I like as I just want it cut short and I appreciate when the hair dressers can suggest styles and cuts. He gave my hair a wash and then proceed with the hair cut. He was very thourough and paid attention to the details.I am very happy with the cut and would definetly recommend Raphael's and Joe for a men's hair cut. The price was very reasonable and it was lower than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Very happy. :)
