Paul and Cam are the real deal. We are first time home buyers, and couldn't be happier with their inspection. We hired them based on their reviews, and we are so pleased to join the happy crowds. Cam and Paul were great. They took me through the entire home explaining everything clearly to me. They were extremely professional. Their report came quickly . I would not hesitate to recemmend them. They alleviated any worries I had about buying an older home as a single woman.

Very good inspection ... good mechanical, electrical, structural and general knowledge, although the inspection took longer than expected, nothing was rushed, Paul and Cam explained a lot and showed me how the house systems work, the report was printed on site and emailed shortly after, went on the roof and inside the attic. Very good picky eyes catching issues and details. Thanks for all the effort.

Cam and Paul were extremely easy to work with, helpful, punctual, and professional. They showed up right on time and got right to work, in addition to telling us about any issues about the neighborhood such as risk of flooding. They took us through the entire house room by room and told us their honest opinion of any issues, good and bad. They got right into the attic, checked the roof, and did a completely thorough job. I was very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing a quality and reliable home inspection.

We retained Cam and Paul to perform an inspection of an older cottage. Their review followed best practice guidelines. They were pleasant, punctual, competent, and experienced. They took the time to identify areas of concern on site with me, and followed that with a comprehensive report summarizing their assessments including photos to illustrate each location of concern. This report was provided promptly (same day as site visit). We were impressed and would recommend them as providers of quality home inspection services.
