I believe i have sent in a review a year or so ago but just wanted to say that Candace just completed a simple consultation for me and went far above and beyond what I expected and shared many details that most other inspectors wouldn't take the time to do. Not to mention the extensive knowledge she has from working on both the Calgary and Grand Forks floods is priceless.
