Affordable Irrigation

I’ve worked with a few different companies over that last 15 years, but I can say that Noel is the most reliable of them all. I can count on them to schedule spring openings & fall closing without fail, and they are always on time & efficient. Noel is professional, knows his stuff and very reasonable.

I contacted Noel a year ago, inquired about pricing/ quote on installation. He told me he was busy, which was fine as I wasn’t in a rush. September 2018 I called again, left two messages and finally a lady called me back saying he wasn’t installing anymore systems.I requested a quote anyway, with an installation in the spring and the lady agreed however never called back.I contacted them again, the lady said he was too busy closing systems and wouldn’t be available until the spring.I called them early this year, March or April left a message and never got a response.If I have to chase a company to get a quote or installation on an irrigation system I couldn’t imagine trying to get a hold of them in the event of a problem. For this reason I see no other reason to give any higher than one star.

Noel came to give us a quote quickly on our time so we didn't have to take time off from work. He had the best price out of 4 companies in my area (Milton). He got the job started on time and finished the job quickly. Showed us how-to use the water timer, and took us around our property to see every head he installed and how they spray. He also has the best price for closing and opening the lines. The reason I give him 1 star is because I can't get a hold of him, I wanted to know some info and I had some questions before I paid him for closing my lines, but no answer and I left lots of voicemail and no response, therefore I didn't pay him, I guess he ghosted me.... Also the 2 reason I give him 1 star... Is because I needed another company to adjust my sprinkler heads after a year, and they showed me that he shouldn't of hooked up the water from the tap in the backyard and how cheap of the quality wire he used. So I guess because he was the best price I got what I paid for.

It was one of the BAD experience to hire Affordable irrigation which i regret always, although Noel is Cheap but his service is also CHEAP. Promise which hardly deliver.I would NOT suggest anyone to hire his services.

Possibly the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They sent out a text in early October to say they were closing sprinklers. It is now end of November and sprinklers not closed. I have a very expensive multi-zone system and cannot risk freezing. I have explained this numerous times to company but I not received one text or explanation from Noel about why he has not come by to close. I only receive texts from the girl who sets up the appointments and she said she has no idea what is happening, when it is happening or why it is happening. All I can say is Wow". If this has happened to me

Didn't right the review till now as I didn't get chance or everything was smooth till today. Had my system installed about 5+years ago. And I had great experience with Noel. Get my sprinkler system open and closed during spring and fall times promptly and he checks the system for optimal etc....Now this year I have couple of leaks in my main line and trying to reach him for spring opening but, not able to reach him. Not responding to any of my messages nor emails nor phone calls. So seriously something is not right., Hope I get in touch with him and get my system working for this season.So only four stars for all these years good experience. Will get that other star once I get my service done.
