NSCC - Institute of Technology Campus

NSCC has quite a slow application process for international students. Even after 3 months, my application still has not been finalized. What's worse is no response to my emails, such poor service. So why did I pay the application fee which is 75 CAD? I don't know.

Took Full Stack program, had a very positive experience . Special thanks and credit to our professor Dean Tsaltas, he was simply awesome.

I found this college on google search and sent e-mail for information , 1 day later Recruitment Coordinator Meghan replied my e-mail but she replied my e-mail with short answers. I think they are too busy to explain the tutions, student future planning or student career planning. I advise that please don't work with lazy people and bad customer service. I am strongly think that money is the most important thing for them. Please don't contact with this college , Customer service level is zero. They think that they are the only college in Canada, try to find right people and hard working people who help your career planning.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional schooling organization. Breaching personal and private information, no follow-ups, no reimbursements. Seems every staff member has no idea what’s going on, does not return phone calls or emails. “Head staff” equally have no idea what’s going on and do not take responsibility for mistakes. Would not recommend NSCC to anyone. Waste of time, energy and money.

The admissions office of NSCC is fast with their replies. However, they seem to have no communication within their office. They have to be told multiple times to update an account. They seem to want to charge you right away even though the information is still incorrect.

Went here in 2018, and if you're looking for a positive experience, this is not the place for you. The staff basically allow students to bully or pick-on other students, some staff will even laugh to themselves or out loud as its happening.In 2020, I decided to go back but I wanted to go with the Akerley. They wouldn't allow me to, instead they put me back to this place (I.T). I hadn't received a loan yet, however, I was allowed to receive my books. After a while, due to student loans being student loans, I withdrew from the program. I gave back the books, everything was okay. I made sure there was no stains, tears, markings, anything! On the books and there wasn't. Then two days later, according to NSCC I owe them $800.00 because We found some sticky substance on one of the books." When I gave the books back there was absolutely
