I just applied to work at this location the night before, the staff at the other Starbucks in the Junction told me it would be the other Starbucks which I should apply to for my first choice and yes this staff does seem to have the connection within this all-inclusive approach to coffee down pat, the amount of business seems to be lost on the customer when my excitement was not even recognized while any talk was with backs turned to themselves and I couldn't even get the manager's name for today when I want to introduce myself as the man behind the application was all I needed, lost because it's busy, maybe true, training the staff of who may be coming in their down is lost completely and I am not sure I even want to working there at all, Starbucks I remember the customer coming in at all is the most important to this company" is lost to the individual doing the work

Horrible customer service. I go here every day before work and haven’t really had an issue before. Staff is not as friendly as other Starbucks but we’re okay. I bought the reusable mug that is FREE coffee and tea for the month of January. I’ve been going every day so far (10 days). Every single day has been an issue. At first the had no idea about the mug (that they sold in their store) or how it works. Then it was its only for coffee not tea when it says right on the mug coffee or tea. Then it was no iced coffee or tea when again says on the mug it includes iced coffee and tea as well. Every time the staff has been rude about me using the mug. A couple time they made it in a regular cup and tried to charge me for the cup since the drink was free. Then all of a sudden after 10 days of going there they said I can’t use it in the drive through when I have for the past 10 days and every other location lets me with no issues. I explained I had asked before buying the mug if it can be used in the drive through as I have 3 babies I’m not taking out and bringing in to use it. They said you can use it in the drive though. Well today apparently I can’t. And they were very rude about.

Order an expresso Frappuccino with 2 pumps of vanilla and this is the third time from this Starbucks where I have not gotten the vanilla in my coffee. If I’m paying so much extra for vanilla shots I expect them in there.

I usually go to the Silverdale location as they are fantastic but decided to stop by this location for a tomato, pesto mozzarella sandwich.... what I got was one small piece of tomato and a small slice of mozzarella, not even enough to cover the sandwich. Was super disappointed after spending $8 on it.This wasnt the first time I've had this service at this location. I stopped going to this location as they kept making my drinks different. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Came here on a work break at around 10am. There was lots of space inside to sit. Nice and clean, with polite and fast servers! Unfortunately, the parking lot is shared with an oil change place and is very small. Not much wheelchair parking available.

Best coffee place in the town and staff is always well behaved and above expectations. Always use Drive thru to pick up my orders . Haven’t went inside yet but I must say it’s a quite and clean place to visit and enjoy your coffee.

Didn't care for this Starbucks, went through the drive thru. Had to repeat order 4 times. She still didn't get it, so went inside. Hardly any parking. Terrible place, Won't be going back

Went thru drive thru in mission at the junction for a couple of teas, and young lady at window was super friendly, polite and engaged in what we were up to with our morning while she waited for our drinks to be made. Very nice
