We went here after my daughters birthday at the zoo, the Tex mex fries were delicious and very flavourful, the pasta was good too, my daughter loved it as well. I just wished the ravioli inside was more melted instead of pasty in consistency. My husband had the chicken sandwich and he said he liked it. Only four stars because my mom didn’t like her jambalaya fettuccine. It was very sour instead of being spicy so it didn’t sit well with her. Portioning was all good, it was enough for 2 batches. Still recommended.

Went there for a late night dinner on a weekend. The customer service was good and attentive. We ordered some wings, Mediterranean pizza and some baked pasta. All items were perfectly prepared and were fresh and delicious. The restaurant is large enough to accommodate several groups of people at once.

I've been here before, but this day I decided to hang out was really pleasant. I was in my own world though, and so were some of the staff that served me. Better you show up with friends for the best time.

The Boston Pizza service was amazing. The waitress was helping us decide what to order and gave us plenty of l suggestions. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with beyond meat crumble on top. By far, it was one of the best pizzas I had from Boston Pizza.

The dashing waitress who waited our table was by far the most ravishing female I have ever seen in my life. The way she so elegantly brought the food to the table did not only make my month, but made my year even more worth living. We will 100% be dining here again. The atmospheric energy at Boston Pizza is very moving and calm. The scenery is beauitful. Mackenzie is by far one of the most polite and drop dead gorgeous female I’ve ever seen in my life. She brought our food right away and had a character so angelic that I will remember forever. I would recommend Boston Pizza to anyone. This should indeed be a local tourist spot!

Great food and drinks as always, the nachos is our go to here and it didn't disappoint. The patio wasn't busy at all and we were the only ones there but it was 6pm on a Friday. Otherwise still a good place for some drinks and snacks.

We ordered the Parmesan fries and received a plate of extremely oily fries.The fries at the bottom of the plate were drenched in oil and we couldn’t eat them at all. The time we went to the restaurant was not busy at all, still the service was so poor.

We love Boston Pizza. However, we ventured to a different location tonight. The experience was not that great. Customer service was subpar and the food was worse. Employees were too busy chatting with each other. At one point I said to my husband that our waitress seemed like we were disturbing her social media time. Lo and behold we looked over and there she sat in an empty booth on her phone. As we left the restaurant, there were at least 4 workers at the entry and not one of them said goodbye...hope you enjoyed your meal...nothing. They were too busy with each other and their own social activity amongst themselves. We won't return. This location should take a page from the Burlington Boston Pizza location where food and customer satisfaction matters.

Went there for a Sunday lunch. The place looked so sad and empty with no ambiance at all.Food was so average in taste. Was disappointed. Service was ok and had to wait a long time before the server would come to the table. Simple things like cheese shredding on top of your fettuccine was missing. The special sauce was not enough so some parts had no taste! Enjoyed the dip - probably was the best in taste from what we ordered.Ample lot of seating if you are going in big groups and lots of tv screens to watch your games and the bar is separate with screens too.
