Enhanced Care Clinic - Aurora Walk-in Family Doctor and Pharmacy

Amazing Doctor, Beautiful Nurses and receptionist! Overall, it’s the best family doctors, office and clinic I’ve ever been to! My family doctor started out as my walk-in doctor, because my family doctor was too far to get to, and after 20 years of my one family doctor I decided to change to this doctor as my family doctor now! If that doesn’t say anything about how amazing he is, then I don’t know what will!

Dr. Ma is excellent. He listens, thinks outside the box, and uses many modalities to take care of issues! Highly recommend him!

True Rating: 0 Stars.If you require proper attention and care DO NOT WASTE TIME AT THIS FACILITY. It's unfortunate that they've remained open this long- aClinic authentically geared at making money rather than caring for patients in the community. Empathy, and providing meaningful quality care for their patients is pathetically low on their list of priorities. Hoping to save people some time: do not attend this clinic under any circumstances.

Thank you to the very helpful staff and the walk in service at this Clinic. I am grateful this clinic has 7 day service til 8pm and 5pm Sunday.We drove from Newmarket to Aurora to get urgent care we could not get from 2 York Medical Clinics that close at 5pm and 6pm, under staffed and closed early.

Went to Enhanced Care Clinic to get my elderly Aunt's ears flushed. When I got there, there were about 14 people in front of us. Not to worry as they have a system where they can text you about 20 min before you're appointment (so that you're not waiting around).Dr. Youssef was very kind and took the time to sign some forms for us and tend to my aunt very thoroughly. We will be going again Thursday morning for a follow up.Thanks for being open on a Sunday!

Amazing clinic with amazing staff including front end, pharmacy, and doctors.They always make time for you and will attempt to squeeze you in if it's an emergency. You never have to feel like a burden, they make sure you always feel welcome. Sure it's a little hard sometimes to get a call back or an answer on the phone, but they're busy, more than likely due to how great the QOC is, you will always get a call back.Those you that complain about coming at X time but they close at Y time? It's customary for clinics to stop taking patients once they get too full. Sometimes that's a couple hours in advance, they deserve to get out at a decent time so stop whining.My doctor here is wonderful, best I've ever had and I hope to be with him for a long time.The pharmacy team is absolutely amazing as well, always making sure your meds are ready on time, happy to answer any questions or concerns you have an they always take the time to ask how you're doing even if it's super busy.

For A walk-in it’s fine. Dropped in on a Sunday after going to another clinic that was suppose to be open but wasn’t. The wait was long but the doctor is a good doctor, was thorough. I’d come back here if I needed to see a doc on the weekend. Can’t say anything about the docs as a family physicians as i go to another GP for that.

Terrible place, for sure go elsewhere. They were my family doctors until the doctor I saw left, no notice, they didn't tell me a thing (likely due to the terrible workplace there). Then they said sure we can take you on as a new patient, but I had to have an initial assessment which would be an appointment 9 months away. They said I could come to clinic anytime I needed anything in the meantime. Every time I did ask for something they would either not do it as I wasn't a patient or give me a hard time. The week before the appointment I did try to confirm it, but they had booked me in with a doctor that works at a clinic over 1.5 hours away from me. I'm done, they are completely incompetent, will have to try and find a family doctor elsewhere.

My Family Doctor is amazing! The Pharmacy is good as well. This is the only reason why I continue to keep going here. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone at this location. When they do answer the phone I have had a mixed of different experiences. I have been brushed off, gotten the job done, told I was in the wrong, or they seemed confused. They have explained they are short staffed due to budget reasons. It has been frustrating. I have had to travel from a blood clinic to the clinic just because they were not answering the phone to answer a simple question for the blood tech that was a small misunderstanding. They make it difficult and inconvenient, just wished they were more focused on customer service then it would be a great clinic. It does get busy, but it is clean and a good location.
