I ordered a custom-designed door from this company. The door is gorgeous, high quality, thick, and solid. We used them on our modern upscale home. The affordable price was the reason we chose this brand and for what you get it's a great value. We've received many compliments on our new door. People notice the quality! I must say that once the door arrived, i knew I had made a great choice. I would recommend this brand if you're in the market for high quality doors.

The product is marvelous, but the customer service is a nightmare. I called to follow up the delivery, but the customer service, Adriana, made an excuse that they were touching up the door. When I said I bought a new door that was not supposedly need a touchup, she told me that I could cancel and receive the deposit refund. When I called again and tried to speak to the manager, she tried to prevent me from talking to the manager, kept asking who is this?"

I ordered a custom door from US Door Window for the new house we are building. The price compared to other custom doors is amazing. The door was exactly as I ordered. Arubey was extremely helpful through the whole process of ordering and delivery (which was right when I was told it would be finished). I wanted to see their product before ordering and was shown all around their warehouse filled with very beautiful and quality doors. The reason for 4 stars is that I ordered it unfinished because I thought they didn't have the color option that I wanted, but found out that you can give them the color and they are very accommodating. It might really be my fault for not realizing that--they were so accommodating on the design I gave them. There was not an up-charge for every single detail--half window price didn't change with the grid configuration.

Worst experience ever ! 2years later still have not sent our money back and wrote a Bad check ! Purchased door from Arubey door arrived wrong size per invoice and damaged ! They had us send pictures , texts messages , emails we sent it back right away . US door and window received the damaged door and said for 2 years now a check is coming . We received a check one year later and it bounced! Now we had to hire attorney to recover our money. DO NOT use this fraud company ! Still owe us $3,300.00!

Ordered a Custom door that was supposed to take 8-10 weeks. It took 15 weeks. I thought they were building a custom door here in the US but as it turns out, they really order it from China. It was shipped and packaged horribly so it arrived damaged. No problem right, just fix it with the dried up bottle of stain they included!To make matters worse, the measurements given to them were not followed so it doesn't even fit. I guess I should have given them the measurement in Chinese. It was missing much of the hardware but you don't realize that until you're half way done trying to install the door. Additionally, they sent used parts from another door and tried replacing them with other used and damaged parts. This couldn't have been any worse. My advice is to not trust a word from their sales manager Arubey and no matter how good the price looks, go elsewhere cause you’re not going to get what you're expecting or promised.

I have been looking for an exterior door for a long time. I need something reasonable price but unique design and good quality. This is the store I need and they are very professional. These are real wood and very detailed and nice piece of glass specially. Can't believe the glass are strong enough and can't even break it with a hammer, unbelievable! Most importantly, price is just 1/3 of other brands! Highly recommend!!
