Worse company to deal with in Calgary! They don’t deal with noise complaints, takes 2 months for them to evict someone 5 units complained on daily.They also have snow removal at 620am to 830am 7 days a week, so no sleeping in at all, if u go out on a weekend your forced awake before 7am. They don’t care about anything here only them selves and how much money they make

Took over a rental property from Har-Par, Kingsland Gardens. Turns out they are just as much a joke. Refusing to pay back my security deposit claiming I missed a month of rent, which I have confirmed and reconfirmed numerous times. They did very little to maintain property around the premise (garbage bins constantly full and at times taken over by homeless people) and seem to allow anyone to rent from them (think families with 5 kids in a 1 bedroom unit or unemployed welfare punks blasting their music 2 in the morning)
