Edge Catering

Edge Catering was one of the highlights of our daughter's wedding end of October. The team, lead by Judy and Steven, were so easy to work with, came up with fantastic solutions to a challenging outdoor setting, and served amazing food! Everything was cooked and served to perfection. So glad we made the choice to have Edge as the caterers!

A review of the eating process, rather than the ordering and logistics of catering... the vegan Korean Fried Cauliflower Sub was pretty dope! Topped off with a Mixed Green Salad, a solid lunch option and tasty vegan grub. All the food tasted really fresh and super tasty! Thoroughly enjoyed this.Support local businesses!

The project from start to finish was seamless - taking the time to understand the impact we wanted to have, making recommendations, and handling the logistics to deliver this beautiful meal across the province. After several tastings with multiple caterers, Gemma and Chef Jasmin won us over by preparing a highly customized, beautifully plated 4-course dinner that really took into consideration our favourite ingredients and flavours. Gemma was super detailed oriented, making lots of notes during our tasting and taking our ideas and running with them. They created custom his&her cocktails decorated with our favourite symbols and developed a his&her dessert duo when my husband and I couldn't agree on one. The Edge team was super accommodating to menu adjustments & was able to perfectly handle our guest list increase from 50 to 100 a few weeks before the wedding. At the wedding, their teams were so kind and ON TOP OF THEIR GAME - a glass was never empty! I heard many accolades from our guests about the impeccable service as well as the amazing bartending! To date, Chef Jasmin's Tandoori Fried Chicken with Szechuan Gnocchi creation is one of me (Chinese) and my husband's (Indian) favourite things we've eaten. We might just have to call up Edge and ask for a recreation of our wedding meal one day!

I hired the Edge to cater a gathering of around 50. This was a very personal event and I needed it done right. You have no idea how much credit I got for all that The Edge Team did. They were so amazing. The food was 1st rate and everyone found something they loved. That said, the professionalism, friendliness and do it right attitude that they brought was the real magic. I'm not surprised but still delighted, thank you, thank you, thank you - and we will be using you again and recommending you to all that will listen.

I had them cater my wedding a couple years ago. Everyone was so flexible, caring, and kind. They made my special day so perfect and the food was honestly so delicious. They went above and beyond to help us bring out our cake and other goodies we had as well. I can’t explain enough of how kind and patient the staff were. I highly recommend to anyone to go with this company for weddings. I wish my photographers got photos of all the dishes. Not only did everything taste good, they looked beautiful.

This team was incredible! They were extremely polite and professional, showed up on time, made delicious food, left the place sparkling clean. We used Edge catering for a private birthday party. The group had strict dietary restrictions, and they were able to provide us with fantastic healthy options that everyone could eat.The staff that helped cater the party were very friendly and professional. Our party had more of a laid back feel and they fit right in. Highly recommend!
