Rob installed our new furnace today, he arrived at 7:20 am and was done around Noon. Extremely happy with Robs work, and his attention to detail. I will be sure to ask for Rob when it is time to replace the A/C unit. Being now to the area it was a relief to find a company I can call my first stop shop. We converted our cottage over to a permanent all year round Home beginning in January and ended in July. With an additional 240 sq feet added we allowed for a mechanical room complete with washer and dryer, sink, furnace, tankless water heater and the new water meter was added in the same room. We added a second wash room with a shower and extended our master bedroom.We contracted Brad Baker’s crew for all their services. We installed ductwork underneath with a downdraft furnace complete with A/C. All copper plumbing was replaced with plastic lines and a new water service was relocated.The electrical work was also extensive with a new panel (mural mounted on a painted grey sheet of plywood), new wiring throughout and led lighting throughout.All teams completed their work by hooking up all our customer supplied appliances.Bakers team worked very well together. I was thrilled when the plumber from Brad Baker plumbing and heating showed up at my door already wearing his mask. He thoroughly sanitized his hands before entering my home. He had the job done quickly and left no mess behind. We are definitely keeping this phone number for any future plumbing or heating needs!

Called the emergency line, took 2 days to respond back. Business does not own a camera to assess the underlying plumbing issues. Took staff multiple hours to remove root blockage out of pipes. Poor customer service when addressing issues over the phone after the fact.

Outstanding; highly recommend. Had researched many, many plumbers in the Exeter area and received a number of quotes; Bryon himself shone out from the rest.On budget, on time, highly knowledgeable and highly professional. Wore his mask as well. Which in my eyes was beyond courteous!Was a challenging boiler replacement installation; the Rockstar BRYON (thank you Bryon!) worked non-stop and did a fantastic job. He was also incredibly polite, knowledgeable and an excellent worker.And to find out he was the actual owner of the business made, me feel in even better hands!!!Having listened to other competing Plumbing vendors, I was a little concerned about the boiler and hatches being installed, however - Bryon's work was exemplary - he took great care on his work and blended the hatches seamlessly.Thank you again!!
