Extremely disorganized. No attention to detail. I had two chairs upholstered in the same fabric, one at a time. The whole process from beginning to its sad end took months and months. The pattern on the first chair is horizontal. On the second chair it is vertical. They look ridiculous. Why wouldn't they keep notes, or get confirmation? The fabric on the first chair is not tight at all. The second chair was not finished when called to pick it up. It had to be taken in again. In addition, I brought in fabric for 4 pillow covers. In the end, they only did two, in the wrong size, and not removable as requested. The seams are shoddy and uneven.This whole experience was very frustrating and I would highly recommend avoiding this business. They are very nice and friendly here but don't let that fool you. They have no idea what they're doing.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. The lady was very rude and freaked out at my husband for waiting in the personal parking spot that is used for HER customers because she thought he wasn’t a customer. Will not be returning.
