Camp Can-Aqua - Ottawa HQ
Having been both camper and staff at this camp, this camp is truly a hidden gem among the Ontario Camping Association. It's water sports programs on its very own private lake makes Camp Can-Aqua stand out from other summer camps. The staff team has always been very welcoming and inclusive for kids and provides a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and children who would normally have trouble socializing and fitting in.

My kids just finished their second year going to Camp Can-Aqua. They truly love going there. And frankly if they are safe, outdoors and learning new experiences while having fun -- all good in my books! They will back next year!

The positive attitude of the staff and campers makes this an incredible place to spend the summer.From kayaking and water-skiing on the lake to archery and fire building in the the woods there is always something exciting to do and challenge to experience.I can't wait to go back!

Our daughter LOVED her first year at Camp Can-Aqua! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, to the point that our son who was not registered for camp thought that he would also like to stay on arrival day. The food was kid-friendly and the variety of activities were well planned. Our daughter can’t wait to go back again next year. Thanks for the amazing experiences and memories that you created for her!
