Leilani is an unbelievable artist with great care for her work and for her clients. She communicated really well through the design process and while in the chair. Her professionalism and quality of work are top tier. I highly recommend booking with Leilani!

Amazing work done by Keila on my back. Worked around an existing tattoo (leaves) and really made it look like a piece of art. She helped me planning the design of it and was efficient tattooing it. Met some other artists at the shop and there is lots of talent in the building. Highly recommend and I'll be back for more work here.

Had a great experience at Avalon. Was recommended to Lisa Kao and I couldn’t be happier! She did a beautiful tattoo of a Daisy that covered up a tattoo I didn’t particularly like. The Daisy was special, as it was my mom’s favourite flower. I am beyond pleased with the tribute I have to remember her by. Thank you so much Lisa and Lud. ❤️

Keila books me for 30 min consult at 11:30am and she shows up at 11:45am. Is others time not valuable?? As requested paid via etransfer $200 for the consult beforehand so if I am diligent and punctual why should the artist who you are trusting to permanently ink your body shouldnt be. First impression of my potential tattoo artist clearly isnt a good one. And then when i address to her that she is late and I am on a schedule with two babies at home so a 30min consult that should have started at 11:30 she turns and tells me she doesnt feelComfortable tattooing me. In fact, I professionally made it clear I dont feelComfortable her tattooing me thus requested my $200 back and be on my way. She refunded me the money promptly which was greatly appreciated but completely wasted my time and thankfully another employer of the tattoo studio came at 11:30 to let me at least sit inside rather than having to wait in the cold. Many great tattoo artists in the lower mainland but its not fair or professional to waste someones time. Best of luck to her in her career but cannot see myself getting to a tattoo appointment with her in the future and be waiting like a puppy dog in a window to see if she coming yet. Those who are punctual in life are usually successful and those who waddle in the door when they feel like….

Love this shop! Everyone is so nice and super professional! My tattoo artist Phoenix I have been with her for almost a year and she has been doing my arm! Completely professional and super kind and very easy to get along with!!! If you looking for an awesome artist to do realism shes the person! Can’t wait till we finish up my sleeve! I highly recommend anyone at the this shop!

Just wanted to give Avalon Tattoo Collective a big shout out especially to my artist Phoenix. Full leg sleeve down and just started some more fun pieces with her. Can’t wait to book more and more work with her as she blows me away each time with how realistic my pieces are and I absolutely love them!
