I enjoyed an amazing custom facial from Melanie. Upon first arrival into the beautifully designed and elegant waiting area, I was offered a tea/coffee during my waiting period. I felt relaxed within seconds of arriving.Melanie came out to greet me. She was warm and inviting and again made me feel very comfortable with the experience I was about to have.I was welcomed into the spa and it was equipped and ready to go. The spa was both extremely clean and sanitary. I felt an amazing ambiance.Melanie explained everything about the facial, the products she was using and how she would guide me throughout so I stayed informed of her process.It was amazing and relaxing, the steam part felt fantastic!Would highly recommend! Melanie is very kind and sweet, a pleasure to be around. Her studio is always so clean, classy and professional. She takes her time to answers all questions thoroughly and is amazing with her treatments. I started off going to Melanie for laser hair removal. Now I have received a variety of treatments from Mel such as IPL to treat veins, body contouring and plan to reduce some of my scars in the future. Mel is AMAZING!!! I've been seeing Mel for laser hair removal for procedures from the waist down, for about 13 months now. Crazy to say after my first visit, I immediately noticed results. I want to say soon after my 2nd or 3rd treatment, I barely needed to shave anymore, and if I did, it would be the night before, for my treatment.
