Best Rogers experience ever. Needed to return my router, and wanted to upgrade my device. Was in and out in 30 minutes, Naz explained all my plan options and asked me lots of questions to ensure my plan was meeting my usage. I still wanted extra data just in case, but it was nice she offered some options to lower my bill and save me a little $
