Health-Rite Pharmacy

Asked staff to find a specific one time prescription dropped off 6 to 8 months ago. Long story short they kept asking me what the name of the prescription was and I had to keep saying I don't know I've never had it before but explained it was a sleeping pill. First lady finally put me on hold to get assistance and proceeded to hang up on me. No problem things happen I call back again. This time someone else answers I explain and put on hold only to have the first lady pick back up again and asks me the name of the prescription again. 2 other people than jump on the phone 2nd person was copping such an attitude and I was done. The service here has consistently diminished over the last year or so. Although my experiences with the actual pharmacist have been positive it is no longer worth all the other hassles and attitude. I will be transferring my business

Emad & Sarah are the best. They are amazing people & pharmacists. Been going here for most of my life. Very professional, caring & friendly. The staff is also the best. They are patient, professional and caring. Tracy has always taken great care of myself & my family. I appreciate them all for their hard work & care. I know they have to deal with customers that are not patient, and that are demanding & impolite. I hope they remember that there are more of out there who will always appreciate them. My go to pharamcy for several years. The service has been exemplary and the staff have always gone above and beyond for us. A few days ago I was referred to a specialist and given 2 different prescriptions for medications that are designed to do the same thing. The pharmacist caught it and saved me the probability of an adverse reaction. As always it was a job well done.

The best pharmacy in South Ajax! Family owned and all of the staff are awesome. We've been coming here for over a decade and always receive superior service and support. In addition to prescriptions, they have assistive devices (which most others don't carry) a postal counter who are also incredibly helpful and a gift section that has inspiring and unique items. The pharmacists Emad and Sarah always take time to answer questions and concerns going above and beyond to ensure I leave confident feeling I'm taken care of.

I love the service at this pharmacy, people are friendly and service is quick. I prefer it over Shoppers. I also go there for my Canada Post drop offs and it’s never busy. My only complaint is I wish they sold diapers but it’s not a big deal.

The pharmacist is nice but it took too long to provide products that's behind the counter and register. We were there for 45 minutes+ waiting including a demo. The staff was also too distracted with all other clients, they should be focusing on helping whomevers in front of you and not doing other things that hold clients up. Also noticed a lot of staff always needed to ask other people for help, which adds to further delays. 2 stars for staffs pleasantness and manners but a horrible and frustrating experience.

If you want to receive your prescription 6 days after you order it, then this is the Pharmacy to go to. If you want a Pharmacy that tells you they will call you back but instead ignores you then this is the Pharmacy to go to. I could have had my medication immediately had I gone to Costco, instead because of false promises, I had to wait for six days in excruciating pain while they took their sweet time ordering the medication. Take my advice and never go to this pharmacy. You will regret it.

Dr Emad and his team are outstanding, hardworking, putting patients on their top priorities, they are always looking for ways to say “yes” , making things happen , last year we needed a compound cream , other places where saying one week , they gave it to us the same day . I always had great experience using their services. I’m glad that we are their customer and I have never though on any other places .
