My son and I were in Montreal for four days. Walked passed NYKS on day one. Looked it up on line. Looked great. Went that night and our last night. Great food and the service and staff are fantastic! Will definitely go again next time in Montreal!!

Do not allow the fact that this establishment is a bar to deceive you, as it boasts exceptional cuisine that has pleasantly surprised me. In particular, their poutine can be considered the epitome of excellence. From the various dishes I have sampled, a delightful medley of flavors dances on the palate, creating a symphony of taste. The food not only delights the senses with its deliciousness but also creates an intimate and emotive dining experience. I wholeheartedly endorse and strongly recommend visiting this remarkable place.

I liked their poutine made with foie gras sauce and the fries are perfect, the burger is basic good and i didn’t like their cocktails menu !

Good chic place to grab a drink with friends.Had a waiting line to get a table, so check before or come early as it gets crowded later.We ordered drinks and some snacks this time.Overall nice place to hangout mainly for drinks.

Stopped by for a quick burger before seeing some jazz and was absolutely delighted with the service, the food and the atmosphere. Best burger I have had in years. Fresh cut fries were perfect too. Will definitely come back.

I was in Montreal for a business trip with my girlfriend who is quite the foodie, so she did some research and suggested going to NYKS. We had a lovely time here, the place was busy but still not feel like other large brasseries or bistro's of Montreal. Service was good overall with friendly and helpful staff. We had the fried calamari and salmon tartare as starters which were well presented, good portions and really good. We then had the beef burger and beef bavette which were equally well presented and tasty.Budget-wise, it's certainly not the cheapest (the bavette steak was $33 on its own) but quality and experience comes at a price.All was good overall, we would go back if the opportunity comes.

This is one the very classic bar in Montreal with an Irish decoration. The bar is actually very cozy and cute. Foods are excellent. And there cocktails and local beers are also very delicious too. I highly recommend this place if you like something very casual to have a drinks with friends or your date.And there classic Aperol Spitz is very delicious (this is one of my favorite in this bar).

Enjoyed the best server ever last night. She had contagious joy and was a delight to be around. The food was great too.... and an impressive scotch selection. I was sooooo impressed I returned tonight. Had great service again and tried the bison flank.... would have it again.... a must stop....

Good place for have a beer! Good options and good prices! A little disappointed about the food, we ordered the hamburger of the moment, and it was pretty average, mine it had a burn piece and I could only test burn for almost half of the hamburguer,also we never taste the cheese that the description said... For sure we enjoyed more the drinks that the food! I will come back but only for drinks! Good service!
