Youngs Insurance Brokers London

I've been using Youngs Insurance Brokers for years - everything from my auto to my home insurance. I've had a few different brokers along the way, but Tammy Loucks has been a star for me. She's prompt and makes the extra effort to look for the best rates for me. It's been a pleasure working with her.I'm very relieved that they assigned me to Tammy. Unfortunately the last broker, Greg Roy, was pretty ineffective. I found him to be lazy and dismissive. For example, I asked if he could look for a different auto insurer for me (the one I was on had super high rates). He said no - that's the lowest I could get. He didn't even bother doing a search! And that's just one example. So because of my not-so-great experience with Greg, I have take a star away and give 4 stars for Youngs Insurance.

Each time I have had to contact Tammy, she has been available to me within minutes! In the past 6 months, I have reached out to her on 3 separate occasions; for my home insurance, car insurance on my new vehicle and today for a copy of my car insurance to renew my sticker. I arrived to the Service Canada office and could not find my pink slip anywhere. I emailed Tammy, and within minutes she sent me a copy!! This broke is extremely helpful and FAST! Thank you Tammy for being so reliable, friendly and fast!

Wendy Lachance is my broker and I recommend her to everyone I talk to about insurance. I am so thankful to my amazing broker young lady Hinda . She is so knowledgeable, friendly , patient and knows her job . Her custom service is on the highest level and I am using this opportunity as the client to thank her on her hard work and always being there for us clients . Well....the windsor branch couldn't stand the bad reviews so they have taken thier google reviews down in my city.....so london here goes ....if you are ever in windsor DO NOT USE YOUNGS INSURANCE IN WINDSOR...lazy and not informative....kelly harnois is got to be the worst insurance agent i have ever delt with in my entire 35 year driving history....I don't know about london...but i wouldn't use youngs insurance if it was the last choice on earth!

We have been with youngs insurance brokers for quite a while, my specific experience is with Hind El-Badaoui, she is excellent. She always finds me the best prices and best policies for all my insurance needs from home to vehicles. She always gets back to me asap and always answers all my questions and gets my insurance policies taken care of, my family is always in good hands with her as our agent, she is the best insurance broker I ever dealt with.
