We booked with A1 for my sister's Bachorlette party. Allen was a nice guy, and our driver was as sweet as can be but I was disappointed that our trip was contracted out to another company. Our entire trip we had a flat tire and were only able to go to one of our stops. I was directed to call the owner of the other company (who offered no help). Allen did offer a discounted trip but sadly, I don't want to book another trip -- more money out of pocket, and no guarantee we'd have a trip with who I booked with. We made the best of it, though I was hoping I would receive a follow-up call in the days the followed this trip.

If I could give a half a star I would! I paid in full over a thousand dollars in January for a concert that I was taking my whole family too for my twins 21st birthday this past weekend. Booked it over three months in advanced and paid in full only for them to call us at 4 pm our pick up time to tell us that the third bus they passed us off too had broken down. The fourth bus they tossed us too was suppose to be a Mercedes according to the pictures the very unprofessional coordinator" sent us but an hour and a half late

We rented a Mercedes 12 passenger SUV limo for prom and it was great. Doreen was fabulous with the girls, she arrived early, and met all of the girls needs. I would highly recommend her and this SUV to anyone looking for a good time.

They were accommodating to my many questions, changes to time, pick up and drop off location and itinerary. The driver was nice and help all us ladies get on and off the bus.However, I was quoted for a 14 passenger bus with a bathroom and the bus I got did not have a bathroom. Also, the bus was hot. The driver said the air was at 68 but it didn't feel like it as we were sweating.On top of that the bus was dirty with glitter and debris from what I assume was the previous occupants. But the worse was the windows, they were smeared and just horrible to look out of.
